We are thrilled to announce the addition of Anoushka Raj as Tri-Valley CAREs’ new Environmental Program Manager! We have expanded our environmental work with a focus on increasing community involvement in the Superfund cleanups at both Lawrence Livermore National Lab’s Main Site and its Site 300 High Explosives Testing Range near Tracy, CA. Anoushka’s extensive education and experience in the field of environmental justice and community organizing and will be an amazing asset to our team in accomplishing this work. Be sure to attend our January Monthly Meeting on Thursday, January 16th to meet her. Or attend our Wednesday, January 22 event celebrating the anniversary of the entry into force of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
