On December 6th, Tri-Valley CAREs gathered to celebrate our 40 years of work on our goals of peace, justice and the environment. Check out more about our 40th Anniversary Campaign.

A short program in which two commendations were presented to the group, one by Alameda County Supervisor David Haubert and one from US House District 14 Representative Eric Swalwell.

We also heard from Tri-Valley CARES Board Member, Luke Wojtaszek, Senior Advisor, Marlia Kelley and Executive Director, Scott Yundt. The program was followed by a live jazz performance from Oakland’s Edna Brewer Middle School Jazz Ensemble, delicious food and lively conversation.
