   • for California residents to send.
   • for non-California residents to send.
2. Copy on card stock -- you choose the color!
3. Sign all four postcards:
   • One for each of your 2 senators (non-California write in their names)
   • One for your congressperson (non-California write in their name)
   • One for the U.S. Dept. of Energy (DOE)
4. Stamp them and put them in the mail
5. Sit back and enjoy the fact that you helped stop the "bombplex"
